The Army Roster of Neutrals
The Roster is composed of Army employees who offer their services as neutrals to Army organizations on a collateral duty basis.
Mediation services through the Army Roster of Neutrals are provided free of charge to Army organizations.
Roster neutrals are located throughout the world, although not always at every site in which a dispute may arise.
The Army ADR Program can coordinate with Army organizations to assign an appropriate neutral.
At this time the Army is using the co-mediation model through MS Teams or telephonic.
Army Roster Neutrals have received approved training in at least one ADR process and have varied subject matter expert backgrounds.
The majority of Army Roster of Neutrals are trained in facilitative mediation.
