Law Practice Groups
The Office of the Army General Counsel is organized into a front office, one ADR program and four legal practice groups. The legal practice groups are organized on the basis of those substantive areas of law that maximize the advantages of specialization. Each practice group is managed by a supervising Deputy General Counsel and is comprised of Associate Deputies, assistant attorneys, paralegals and clerical staff. Working individually, as members of legal practice groups, or in cross-disciplinary groups assembled to serve clients with complex issues, the OGC attorneys provide legal services carefully tailored to specific issues for the Secretariat.
